I've read quite a bit and I've watched a ton of videos. 

If they do not pay their portion (if they have one) you say, " hey you are breaking the rules of your program, if you do not pay you will " lose your free ride ". watch how fast they pay.

Fortunately I work in the insurance industry so I generally knew what to watch out for.

I been watching some videos where the get a 5% down with FHA loan but I don't think I would qualify.

Hi @Michael Baum, I have watched several PB episodes about MTR, mostly for traveling nurses and insurance displacements and I am interested in learning more but I do not have time to watch everybodys videos on how to get started.

I will be going to a few auctions first to watch, learn and see outcomes. 

I'm currently in the process of learning as much as I can about real estate investing (watching content, readings books, chatting with folks around me that invest in real estate).
