They listed the home and the seller tried to promote his own open houses - with zero effect.The flat-fee guy had the seller's contact info incorrect (wrong area code), wrong number of beds, an ultra-brief description that didn't do the home justice and really amateur photos.

Part of the write up "Ultra-Fresh: anti-microbial protection which resists mold and mildew" that should be sufficient to cover both subfloor types, but I don't want to spend that much money.I need some help from those who have used similar or same flooring and what you decided to do for underlay.What have you done for underlay that would be for a waterproof LVP covering concrete or wood subfloor?

Granted you have the inner city with D neighborhoods, high crime and ultra-low prices (which is sometimes what people know Milwaukee for), but then you have the complete opposite: a booming downtown lakefront market with serveral new highrises and lot's of construction, trendy urban neighborhoods like the Third Ward with rents often in the $2-3k range, or booming suburbs like Oak Creek, Menomonee Falls or Brookfield, where it's hard to keep up with new shopping and restaurants.

So a couple of weeks ago I see an ad on Facebook for a company called Moo.com that does stationary and business cards etcetera.They said they made ultra high-end cards, with extra high-quality print and paper.
