Eventually they'll be trained to receive requests from tenants and schedule necessary service without your involvement.- Hire cleaners and a part time worker to handle turnovers so you don't need to show up at the property yourself.- Continual market analysis to keep your prices neither too high or too low- For software, you'll need a PMS, some system for tracking operations tasks (we use Breezeway), communications tools for internal and external (we use Slack and OpenPhone, respectively)- The decision to self manage or outsource is a very personal one.

As he technically didn't, but I kind of read in-between the lines.My question is: Where can I be better for a coach to see the benefit in training me.

After quitting I would want to be doing real estate deals more full time and do something more enjoyable to supplement my real estate income (maybe teaching or personal training- tbd).I’ve thought of buying 1-3 more properties within the next few years and then using the income from all my properties and job to hammer down the mortgages.

Trying to operate as a “lone wolf” enterprise is hard enough.I have no idea how much skill you have or amount of training. 

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.

For a brand new agent, it’s valuable education getting training, learning all the necessary tools to legally represent a client the sale or purchase of their home or commercial building. 

I'm including myself because I have had your REIpro for almost a year now and I am still in the process of selling off some of my deadbeat low end properties, I own, that are consuming way more of my time than they are worth, just so I have more time to use and learn about REIpro and other investment opportunities.I see the value of your REIpro program and actually use it more for training my team members that help me search for properties. 

Owner demands are forcing PMCs to hire cheap VA's from foreign countries, but it's difficult to train these VA's about industry knowledge and American customs.
