Placing in high traffic areas you can reach hundreds of people per day.

And I don’t know if the price of homes, the crowds, traffic and development are worth it or if it’s even a place i want to stay/raise kids.

Traffic here is some of the worst in the country, so a 20-mile commute here can take over your life.  

I've thought of just sending a handwritten letter as well but I'm too impatient for that since it's one property rather then targeting a group of properties.

Usually after spending that much online I have a deal..but am I being too impatient.

If you are a small operation, social media most likely won't have any affect on you, but in larger operations, such as PM companies and Landlords with hundreds of properties, social media will certainly affect how much traffic you get for you rentals.

The other is similar acreage on the county road so lots of traffic.

You could say I'm somewhat impatient, but like to think of it more so that I am a go getter and want to see my returns from investing sooner than later ha!
