They're not as effective as N95s but they will theoretically stand up to minor virus loads and more importantly, they keep the wearer from spreading the virus, if they have it, as much as they would otherwise.As far as the morality of the moratorium itself is concerned...there is no morality beyond a snake's in government to speak of.

If I can install the vent fans into the wall I don't need to disturb the attic insulation but I know I can't have vents underneath soffits (I don't really care how it looks from the outside - if a vent pipe needs to be constructed to snake up around the soffit)...Or should I just remediate the attic insulation (around 10K), be done with it and go to town with venting everything through the roof?

A kind lady at Lowe's (where I had gone to buy Drain-O) suggested I use vinegar and baking soda to loosen up any gunk, then use the cheap plastic "snake" to get the blockage out.

Being an agent is a more legit/respected profession (most would say outside this site) compared to being a wholesaler, which some see as people who are trying to undermine a sellers ability to sell for max price & therefore maybe seen as a snake oil salesman.

that's odd its all connected really and the fact that the sink made it drain. keep an eye on it consider finding a handyman with a snake  and have him on call. there's a chance that if you fix the seal and the drain is the problem that the drain will blow the seal again.
