Looking for DIY landlords who don't use property managers!

Hello,

I'm trying to connect with landlords new and old, who do not use property managers or management companies. When I started my rental business I didn't have much money to pay out to contractors or property managers so I basically learned how to do everything on my own. There were most definitely ups and downs but over the years I've learned everything from maintenance and construction to evictions.

Are there any landlords left out there who do it all?

@Max T. that's interesting being that you are an agent. What I'm trying to gauge is at what point do other landlords bring on a property manager.......5 properties, 10, 20?? At what point does it become more productive and efficient......or does it ever?
