I think people underestimate DRIVE.In martial arts we get some people who come in to train with us.When starting out some have natural ability and excel at a faster pace. They also get the big head and become lazy.Eventually they lose drive and quit and go to something new again to stroke their ego.Drive can outlast lazy talent in my opinion any day of the week.Tebow may simply not have found his complete rhythm and confidence yet to let loose.Having drive and discipline instills consistency.Sure you have to have some talent but it's not everything.
