That is not to say in contrast, that complete strangers do not convey interests with little or no warranty or guarantee, since they do, it just means the Grantee in such cases should realize they must defend title on their own and no warranty is being made that a claim exists.It is important to note, "protection" for a property owner will reside mostly with the insurance policy held for the property and not with the limitation of liability created from the LLC.

Other way to get an idea is a plumber with a camera,,,they can tell exactly where  the camera is at any given timeIn the OLD days around here it wasnt uncommon to find a 52 Packard and two tractor tires as a septic tank (wink wink) Okay maybe exaggerated ,,,maybe only a 47 Dodge,,,stranger things have been foundAsk the neighbor where HIS is then so you can keep it straight.

If you start with a group of 4 that know each other likely one of the group will move out, then they get another or open it up to a stranger.. it's a mess if they all are on the same lease.I would rent by the month, by the room and set rent high enough to cover utilities.
