Unfortunately, that also means its likely not worth fighting much beyond sending written notices as you suggest, at least not on my own.By posting this in the forums I was hoping to find others who had invested in these deals or with the operator so we could band together to find a solution.

Investor portal solutions are pricey but definitely provides a more professional experience for your LP's.
