Alex, the way I listen to the podcast is to download it to my smartphone, then I transfer the podcast to my C Drive on my laptop, that way I can listen to the entire podcast many times with out buffering especially if you are limited to data usage like I am.

hmm;  IMO, only if you can copy/paste to a file you can keep.My phone & it's PC sync software creates this capability, but it's a 3g Nokia, not even a smartphone.

I can use their smartphone app to achieve the same thing for outbound calls.   

If fact, the opposite is drilled into people...from TV, radio, social media, advertisements, texts, emails, parents, huge houses, nice cars, smart phones, fast food, slow food, no planning, on the go, buy buy buy...we are inundated with consumption opportunities.
