Incredible back country just outside Boise, and lots of snow up high, but pretty warm and Dry in town itself, I hear.Bend, Oregon has Sisters 20 minutes away, which means skiing almost all year round, Deschutes river and beautiful backcountry, and the ocean is not far at all.

She told me that she bought the land from a lady and the lady's sister owned the title company where they closed the deal (red flag- remember to never do this - also shows how title ins isn't as great as people think).

60/40 works. just would have to find someone out of the area. id be more of a property manager.the other 2 properties are rented out and i claim one on my taxes but the other my sister claims. i just started reporting the income for the 2nd property this year so im hoping by next year if i show a 2year history on both ill get approved for another loan.

This necessitates additional (expensive) tear off costs, sistered rafters & all new sheeting.Then there is the possibility that the replacement of the original clay pipe sewer lines will be another unexpected cost along with the need to install sump pumps that must pump to the new french drain you created out back, rather than into the sewer.
