Generally speaking:A low renter:owner ratio tells me there are a lot of stakeholder present and the area should be fairly nice.A high renter:owner ratio tells me landlords are mostly in control and (if they are not local or actively engaged) few will advocate for the neighborhood.A large inventory of multis doesn't signal much without knowing neighborhood dynamics.Landlords can always use the tremendous amount of influence they carry to lower blight, get rid of trouble-makers, and revitalize stagnate local economy.

Realty Mogul doesn't allow ground-up developments though so Fundrise is better for what we're currently trying to do.All of the sites have done a good job signaling they wish to screen stuff before it goes on the site.

A CFD usually has an underlying mortgage, adding the previous owner as a loss payee or mortgagee is a clear signal to that lender that a sale transaction has occurred and you may then be addressing the due on sale issues.
