So go and find landlords that see the value in your offering, which requires "sales effort" Set up Zillow alerts for all multifamily units for rent in the desired area and call each new one that comes up.

I can see the argument there.

BRRRR deals are great because you'll see the most value in those deals by buying distressed properties and renovating them and refinancing.

We put a lot into this house, expecting to see the upside at the end.

I do not see the logic or reasoning in paying an attorney thousands of dollars defending me when in the end, I will probably lose the case and have a judgment against me for significantly more than I can settle for.

So if all requirements are met in year 1 then I don’t see the issue2.
