As they get older they want just enough money to retire so often pay CASH for NNN assets below 3 million in price.

In the later years he moved upstairs into the 8 room apartment and the rent from the stores more than covered his retirement.

. - We have about 1 million in our 401K, 403b, and other retirement accounts (95% Vanguard index funds). 

If any team wants to bring Bobby Boucher out of retirement, that may catapult them to number one on next year's list.
