We’re first time home buyers and debating on whether to get a realtor or represent ourselves.

There are other companies as well, but the other issue you will run into is companies that promote themselves as Turnkey providers when in fact they either represent other companies properties or they introduce you to actual providers for a fee.

If not, it's probably worth having someone represent you and paying them well to do so. 

I just think there's a lot of agents on here representing Ohio because it's a great cashflow market and they're doing a lot of business working with investors interested in this market. 

The doctor did not specify any training or requirements for the animal and the dogs are not trained in any way the tenant represented.

Does anyone know if this now has to go back to the House of Representatives for approval or does it go straight to the President to sign?

You can still have an attorney represent you at the hearing and guide you on the paperwork, but just shouldn't have them file it.
