Basically, ROC, SYR, BUF are all relatively similar, the "sister" cities in some form of Post-Industrial decline (although seeming to be rebounding).Although my investments are there, I live in NYC and am looking for markets closer to home for obvious logistic reasons.PM me with any question.

If I use Wake County NC as a proxy, from public record (recorder of deeds) I see that they are still taking on new inventory faster than they are selling: Opendoor as:             GrantorGrantee2022Q1256     1492022Q2154     2382022Q3132     191            ---     ---            542      578I don't think the market will rebound in a few months, and it seems like that is the OPEN expectation.
