Any thoughts on hiring an attorney or public adjuster?

I am looking for a Public Adjuster but wanted to know about the fees per Texas law.

IRS publications carry exactly zero legal weightb. if we look at the header of this thread

Specifically asking about public safety, appreciation vs. cash flow thoughts, and complexity of building a local team (agent, property manager, general contractor).

Public speaking is definitely one of my fears.

After seeing a bad review I left, they tried to get the post removed by reporting it; call me; and then eventually removed the plumbing bill after getting negative publicity.

Just thought I'd jump in here and let everybody know he's real and legit he has a proven track record and if you're smart enough to use a public record search then you will be able a verify this fact for yourself.
