I recently started listening to the BP podcast and I’ve become extremely motivated to start diving into real estate investing.I’ve been sitting on the sidelines for about a year because I’m younger, 24 years old, fell on hard times (injury put me down for 7 months), I fell into a fog, trashed my credit, foolishly filed for Bankruptcy even though I wasn’t in a massive amount of debt (30k) and I ended up deeply regretting doing so.

The woman fell in love with the house as soon as she walked in, but her pre approval fell well short of my listing price.She asked if she can buy the house at the less than asking price and then send me monthly payments until she hits my original listing price.I would love any advice if anyone has experienced anything similar to this situation. 

And then, we had to deal with questions from subsequent buyers: "I see it was in escrow and fell out, what happened?".

absolutely there is always a situation where a subject will work We are currently working on one now where by the owners sale fell through and he needs to move on with some cash in his pocket He would just about break even from a sale so a subject to would work for him.

Home is in Metro Denver area, an up/down brick duplex with attached one car garage for each unit, decent size yard with mature trees.Really cute home that I immediately fell in love with.What I am not in-love with however, is the potential structural issues that come with this home.Thus I ask, “How can I move forward with making an offer on an investment property with evident cracking?”
