@Benjamin PekarekOld timers like Bryan have typed books for answers and over time you can recognize the short hand folks like Bryan use as the experts ponder the responsibility we all have to help new folks avoid big problem areas vs being verbose for no benefit.

As I was pondering today, I was thinking about buy and holds.

I have a question I've been pondering for about a week now and can't decide.

I'm seriously pondering leaving my job next year or the year after.

I ponder while painting or shoveling snow, as the traffic flows in and out, someone should confront them about possibly selling illicit narcotics... when my hero complex fades, I have the sense to google the name and the first hit is "(insert nefarious neighbor's name) shoots man twice accusing him of selling drugs to kids".........

We've heard that others have also used it and have pondered changing it, but felt we were in too deep at that point and have stuck with it.Now that we're almost 3 years in -- it is a little tough to change, but if we found someone to put together an awesome jingle for us, we'd be on it.

I've been pondering the topic of how to refine my buying criteria for rental properties in the future in regards to a property with many trees and potential yard maintenance.  

I don't know if this is possible but it's worth pondering.
