.😒 yeah but it is what at least one politician is thinking.Who would have thought some of these cities would have told tenants they don't have to pay. 

As for any politician trying to extend or make permanent, they are playing to their base so they can label the "other side" as the bad guys who are against helping people. 

the politicians in Illinois just can't help themselves from moving further and further toward collectivism/socialism.

A second intervention would be disastrous but politicians don't care about market forces only political theater. 

The thing no politician will talk about is that a big part of the unending rise in medical costs in the US has been driven by hospitals.

I know it probably hurts quite a bit to see this much price escalation this quickly.I know guys have tired to frame in a factory and then assemble  and never really got that off the ground.no question lost opportunity end of the day affordable housing is a dream of politicians for the reasons you state above.

Also, politicians are much more willing to do their "revenue generation" on the backs of businesses than residents who vote.
