A month ago in October, my quadplex in Atlanta, GA experienced some water flooding issues during tenant move out with significant damage to two units and minor damage to the third unit.The property manager was unable to pinpoint who or what caused the pipes to start flooding the units.

I was hoping folks here could help me pinpoint a book that really details out the math on the analysis side and explains the different ratios, metrics etc. that are used in evaluating prospects.  

In the firm with which I work, the cost to have a return "reviewed" is the same as if we prepared it - because we will do the return from scratch to pinpoint the errors.

In your experience does narrowing down a certain area or two help make it easier on both the agent and client or is it more about pin pointing the bed/bathrooms and price point?

I'm new to the site and while I've come across a wealth of knowledge, I haven't pinpointed exactly what I'm looking for.

From my research it’s tough to pinpoint how long the quiet Title process may take, Ive been told 3-10 months, but I’m extremely concerned about the cost of the process.
