Those towns, along with good access into Manhattan, always seem to have a pool of potential renters provided the timing is right.

Cost of living in Manhattan is about 2.5-3 times that of Cleveland which is a multiple of rural locations.

Surely, some will try to threaten with a lawsuit, so keep everything documented.And if SF is anything like Manhattan the LLs probably have a glut of qualfied applicants and can write their own ticket, requiring first and last month's rent, that yearly income be at least 60 times the monthly rent, etc.

I work as a hotel manager in Manhattan.

Or you can become a broker and work in Beverly HIlls  Manhattan  San Francisco   Seattle  North side Chicago and other high priced markets and have zero risk and make huge commissions.. my wife who just does starter real estate is already at 9.9 million for the year in sales.. you can do the math on that one.. with NO risk and with her experience ZERO Money in advertising.. other than flyers and some basics for her listings..
