It sounds like you and your wife are making some exciting moves in your real estate journey.From the perspective of a private lender, I can tell you that if you don't have experience in new construction you might find it challenging to get funding for a groundup construction loan.

But I would be taking a huge tax benefit up front and making these properties much more attractive from an ROI perspective when modeling for that expected benefit.

I just don't know how much.genuinely open to your perspective and hoping to start a potentially fruitful dialogue.
