@Grant Shipman Great stuff, I'm a big fan of co-living/rent by room strategy, and I do it here locally in Denver metro, and it is the best strategy in today's market for any house hacker to live for free or make money while living there, but they have to sacrifice personal space.

Neighborhoods there are usually in better shape (although Baltimore is very much block by block), and in my opinion, the quality of the tenant pool is much better.Oh, and great idea checking out the properties in person—the pictures you see on the MLS can be very deceptive lol.

I've done this with my properties because I'm well known in my small town and don't want people to know what I own.LEGAL PROTECTION: By placing your assets in an LLC, you are legally separating them from your personal assets.
