I dare you to name 5 products that have only increased in price by 8%.

And I hear what the people are saying above that you need to have cash in your bank account, but I would dare say MOST  of them talking cute don’t have the money to take down a full purchase in their bank account.

That actually seemed to enrage them more, the fact that we landlords pay back our mortgage loans out of their rent payment.....how dare we?

Depending on your operations I would be as daring to say your going to find failure is a harder task to achieve in Richfield than many locations, and this is due to it's location in relation to the overall TC metro, neighboring cities, and the numbers of it all for population density and the mix of persons and properties across all spectrums.

Creating the experience for your guests, helping to create a story for your property, and by daring to  BE DIFFERENT…your ADR & overall revenue should increase…and the best gift.
