Why not parlay this into another flip of this magnitude since you've already learned of all the steps?

I'd wager a guess he's getting asked to leave more than trying to move early because of the landlord. 

You may also be able to parlay your current investment into a duplex in Colorado or another state as well to increase your ROI.
