Can anyone comment on how long ACH transfers actually take?

Does your company use a PM software to take ach/debit payments or are they paying by paper check? 

They have a great web portal for both borrower and lender and they ACH the money within 10 days after they receive the payment and the amortize the loan and they offer a number of other services as need....just check out their website.

With this money I started hitting this mortgage in the nose twice weekly with $9600-ish ACH payments.  

And just like so many Bigger Pockets Podcasts and books, I will read and reread until it becomes muscle memory. 

They have account setup fees, monthly fees, ACH fees, etc. so it's not cheap but also not as suspect as this very vague arrangement.

It would have saved a lot of heart ache and money!! 

So I do think there’s some element of muscle-memory.
