It’s more than likely not something plugged in or that particular thing would stop working i.e. hairdryer, microwave, lamp, etc.

Any thing that you buy for the house like appliances, TV, microwave etc.

The tenants were allowed to have a coffee pot, small refrigerator in microwave oven in their room, but no stove or hot plate for cooking.

I have a 1000 sqft condo in Delaware with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove, washer, dryer, water heater, furnace, and AC unit.

Had to spend over $6,000 on repairs after they moved out for ripped carpet, holes in the walls, broken microwave handle, baseboard repair, plumbing, painting, and other misc. work. 

It will need an oven, microwave, refrigerator, washer, and dryer.

Also-- minimize the items that can be damaged or that you're providing--- as an example-- microwaves, we prefer vent fans now, only provide the hookups,  we're starting to get rid of TP holders, for whatever reason  those always seem to be damaged.  

The property is set up where the basement has a full bath, full bedroom and a sofa bed along with a kitchinette that has a stove, mini fridge and microwave.

I’m sure there are some that probably don’t have a refrigerator, but I personally have never seen a rental posted where I’m at that didn’t include all kitchen appliances except a microwave. 

Claimed that he wanted to return the microwave included in the lease, but then gave me a smaller, broken microwave (I have proof that the microwave is different with pictures from the pre-move-in inspection and the lease lists the brand)So of course we have a whole mess exacerbated by COVID & the eviction moratorium.
