I know there are many real estate brokers who partner with title agents to set up a shared title agency.

If these folks had the wherewithal to acquire this in the first place they should be smart enough to understand they need the appropriate RE Agency to sell it for them..

Would you just leave out the income requirement since the housing agency is covering the rent?

His parents were the cosigners on the lease.I have never dealt with a collections agency, I am assuming that will charge a percentage fee of whatever is collected?
