Ok thanks  I finally figured it out, it lists all the HUD homes in the results but shows you a map that none are available GNND in light blue. 

If that makes them criminal so are you when you ran that red light twenty years ago.

I would just tread lightly.

The cost of changing a light bulb is quite a bit more when you factor in travel time to get across town, vehicle cost, a qualified person on payroll with benefits, overhead cost for the office to deploy that person.

Now, of course, there are no secret IRA agents watching you to see if you go change that light switch or toilet flapper yourself, so take that for what it's worth.

I am  only one of his pass student and thought that I should share my experience with his 40K flip program and shed some light on the issue at hand as someone who actually took his class.
