If our main goal together is to acquire as many properties as possible as fast as possible - it feels like this leaves us with a smaller tax return, thus less capital to use to reinvest into new properties. 

@Sean Nava  If you haven't considered a cost segregation study yet on any of your investment properties, you are leaving a lot of money on the table.

Do you have people ready to repair and clean the place lined up as soon as the last tenant leaves?

Too many people get tied to their real estate, but all assets are tradeable especially when they won't cash flow when you leave them.
