If there is one thing I've learned through my podcast at The Red Pill Investor or my blog at TenMinuteSkill, is that you don't HAVE to know everything!  

I went through therapy, and hard pills until surgery was placed on the table.

It has appreciation, but that is a tough pill to swallow on a daily basis, just waiting for the payout.  

I know it is a tough pill to swallow, but I would pay the extra cost and get the roof tapered.  

On the other hand, Saying a primary residence is not an investment is like saying sleeping pills aren't harmful; it all depends on how you use it, if that's the right type for you, where do you buy it etc.

Big picture, I believe this may be a tough pill to swallow--and you move on.   

I know this is a hard pill to swallow, but most times it’s not the PM’s fault.

It can be a difficult pill to swallow for a potential seller, it is absolutely imperative that you focus on their needs and make them feel comfortable with YOU first.I typically make them multiple offers when I want a Sub-2.
