I tend to be very accurate with intuition.

I understand at knee jerk reaction it may seem this strategy is counter intuitive but there are several case studies of people executing this strategy with good results.

Many people skip this step and end up failing because real estate is not intuitive at all.

The more experience you get, the more intuitive it will become.

(Look at mine for an example).If you have to pay out of pocket, Realty Juggler is pretty inexpensive, but it's not especially intuitive. 

After years of testing, we prefer a solution in the middle, one that is designed for MH/RV parks and is fairly intuitive, yet affordable, which we found to be the case with Manage America.  

@Jay Hinrichs and @Scott Trench FICO scores are pretty skewed, which makes using them non intuitive.

More of an art than a science.I use Reonomy which is a bit more expensive, but allows you many filters to search and is a lot more intuitive than listsource.

It is not intuitive at all.
