Having each property in its own LLC is a great way to unnecessarily kill cash flow.

@Ryan Billingsley, I will try the new app. stitcher is a bit buggy for my tastes and consumes a lot of data unnecessarily.

No offense to agents out there, but this seriously feels like a unnecessarily expensive service for most standard real estate deals.

He was simply trying to give you another option and I think you got defensive and snapped back at him unnecessarily.

But I have yet to see someone with a genuine thirst for the knowledge that is here and the willingness to persist get raked (unnecessarily) over the coals.
