After a few months of research and iPhone calculator breakdowns, I realized it could actually be a reality.

I have 11 properties and my iPhone is slightly more high tech than Paul’s cardboard.

I use the default podcast app on my iphone x, but I'm looking for an alternative because it makes it extremely difficult to determine which episodes I've already listened to.

So what I'm looking for:- An app that can also be accessed through my computer (either via an app or online)- Can manage contacts easily and add a lot of info (and why not documents too)- Can create groups- Will synchronize with my address book on my iphone (or any similar app) and other sources (linkedin, facebook, etc)What I don't need is a software for team work or team management, lead management etc..

But my real office location is wherever my iPhone and iPad are.
