I have received a lot of feedback from travel healthcare workers who say "It is terrifying to send a deposit (+1 month rent sometimes) to a stranger to hold space when it could be a scam".

But their policy confuses me regarding refinancing (I assume BRRR play is prohibited and reached out to them too) I need to somehow calculate if the money saved is worth the velocity and freedom lost in being able to buy when and where I want and buy in the way that will make the best ROI.

I have been in the healthcare industry for more than 20 years, now looking for the opportunities that real estate offer. 

When in reality there is a desperate need for healthcare workers around the country and we could have a job tomorrow if we wanted.

I believe business is now the only way to financial freedom and think that it is best to have a business and move that profit to real estate using both of them to help each other out! 

My goal is to have more financial freedom for myself and to provide a better future for my son.
