Non owner occupied are higher price... age of the roof will affect premium quite a bit.In San Antonio there are a lot of hail claims (high percentage "bogus") and that causes rates to go up

@Orlando Perez Yeah there is no local insurance standard, but SoCal has some of the lowest, because we rarely get floods and damaging wind/ hail.

It's under one policy for all, I think the deductible is $1000 - this is for 1 event....if all properties are damaged by hail in the same hail storm, there's just one deductible, replacement cost.

Assuming this is Houston you need wind and hail, dwelling, liability, medical for sure.
