@Bryan Vincent not sure about ATL but something in that price range in CA is probably $600 maybe $700, however we don't really need wind and hail coverage here.

Non owner occupied are higher price... age of the roof will affect premium quite a bit.In San Antonio there are a lot of hail claims (high percentage "bogus") and that causes rates to go up

@Orlando Perez Yeah there is no local insurance standard, but SoCal has some of the lowest, because we rarely get floods and damaging wind/ hail

It's under one policy for all, I think the deductible is $1000 - this is for 1 event....if all properties are damaged by hail in the same hail storm, there's just one deductible, replacement cost.
