I am looking to learn and grow from different perspectives in the real estate investing space.

My name is Paul Hearn, and I am a new real estate agent in the Memphis area with a burning desire to work with investors that are wanting to grow their portfolios in Memphis and the surrounding areas.

I was on island earlier in the month for an eviction trial and stayed at the Waikiki Banyan for a few nights - that seems to be a popular STR building.

Looking forward to growing my portfolio and connecting with the BiggerPockets community through out my journey!!

But, they are very popular gurus and are making a lot of money teaching their "classes" and groups.

They identify markets that are growing and get in the way of appreciation. 

I'm looking to connect with people actively doing sober living to collaborate and grow as well as people looking to get in the game.

It's an amazing place to learn and grow in real estate.

So, I guess I will hope social security pays something in 20 years and the stock market is still there when I grow old.BTW, I am an experienced investor, I know I can dump everything in the stock market but I am hesitant to do that.

I get the impression they were once a better company but are experiencing growing pains.
