Have any of you tried FreedomSoft CRM platform?

I am trying to build a nice little next egg first then move onto rentals. 

I'm thinking a 506(c) offering through an SPV I'm just trying to see best way to set that up or contacts to get it priced out.

I suppose they would be able to help me figure it out but I’m still trying to determine what is the best way to fund something like this and would it be better to sell off the entire purchase once split into separate parcels or is there a way to structure a deal as to where I could sell off some of the land to repay the loan/investors and also retain a portion of it to develop with my own short term rentals.

I myself am also trying to learn more about seller financing and you seem to be well educated so just what I wondered about your proposition!

I am also listening to the Bigger Pockets podcasts daily during every free period I have throughout my day while trying to learn as much as possible.

Of course, with all things, the answers to all these matters will depend on the circumstances.California tends to have more laws on the books and requirements and restrictions that it can be a good idea to form a CA LLC for out of state property so that you as a CA resident are covered, and to try to have your contracts fall under the purview of CA courts.

However, it depends on what you are trying to achieve.

Try to research syndication or maybe a REIT.
