It's frustrating when utilities mess up like that.

To assist fix and flip investors with finding property without the hassle of searching, making phone calls, wasting their valuable time house hopping, dealing with frustrated agents, and or property owners.

It's frustrating, but with low taxes, relatively low insurance and no mortgage payment, I am flowing about $12,500 a year just from that one house (less than 5 year ROI).

It sounds like you're really hustling to get ahead financially, but I get how frustrating it can be when things aren't going as planned.

Builder is getting frustrated with the delay as the bank would not escrow money for unfinished portion and close.

I get your frustration, but look at the bigger picture and concentrate on making this unit the best it can be while looking for unit number 3.

Also, being chained to the rat race (job) and not being able to have the choice to manage my own time was frustrating.

I know this comes with the territory, but it is frustrating!
