Most people look at the price tag of these bills and that is where they negotiate and keep stuff like this as the low hanging fruit.

I definitely understand the importance of knowledge and how I wouldn't want to put all my eggs in one basket per say.

I am not sure that the deal can be fruitful for any type of loan until after you post some serious numbers for your project from date of purchase to date of re-sale.

That said, with the added bonus of fruit trees & garden space you may find a like-minded longer term renter.

Real Estate is generally viewed as a good asset when it comes to inflation, but often real estate is not included in the basket of goods that measures inflation, you may ask why, because we do not buy a house every month.

Think of each LLC as a basket.

The low-hanging fruit is gone, but if you're willing to work hard by getting off the beaten path and overturning a lot of rocks, you can be quite successful.And there are several resources - quite a few folks here on Bigger Pockets and the many specific BP posts and forums from those knowledgeable Investors & Owners, your State Self Storage Association, podcasts, You Tube Videos, and some of us even have written books and/or have meetings and trainings too.In other words, there's quite a bit at your disposal.
