Markets are like playing fields. 

But working full time, I have found that it will take a bit longer than I would like to finish school, and even then, I have been unsure of what field of work I would want to end up in.

I don’t feel like it’s necessary to elaborate on the math because it’s also going to be necessary to calculate leech-field size. 

I personally think it's easier to get a general contractor's license (especially here in Chicago - it's almost sad how easy it is), but that just means there are a lot of bad contractors.Almost all states require architects to take a state licensing exam and need to have a bachelors degree in similar field to even take the test.I found for me, if I can just find people who are really good at what they do (and enjoy it) I can let them do that and I can just focus on finding deals and building the team.  

I believe that this would be a great fit for me as I aspire to find a new career field for myself.

So, my knowledge in the PM field is limited.

A quality trainer would be great in any field or endeavor and certainly is helpful in a capital intensive business like real estate investing.

I'm only familiar with the field from a clinicians perspective.

Real estate is a great field with tons of opportunities, even without a license.
