Hello Everyone!- I’m Aspiring To Be A Real Estate Flipper/Rehabber

Hello Everyone!
Wanted to introduce myself. I’m Tyree James and I’m looking for some guidance on how to close deals in real estate flipping/rehabbing. Currently I’m new as far as leveraging what I have and moving forward from finding potential great deals to closing deals with creative financing. I believe that this would be a great fit for me as I aspire to find a new career field for myself. Currently I have only rehabbed our home but I believe that I could do more in this industry. If anyone is willing to help me get into flipping/rehabbing I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your time and looking forward to some comments. I do have a property in mind currently that needs to be rehabbed and can be either rented out or sold. Both options show good comps. Only problem it is is that it’s a manufactured home and a lot of lenders doesn’t lend to first time flippers or manufactured homes.
