Wholesalers - wholesalers are always looking to get in touch with investors and they can feed you deals as they come.

Most of them work really hard to feed their family and rely on a steady paycheck every two weeks. 

Update, On their Signature Wholesale Broker Channel, There is the ability not to do the deposit to work with them.

Sometimes people can be too much one way so all education is good but most important is that you can feed yourself and maybe a family.

For podcasts I really like the House Hacking episodes on Bigger Pockets Podcast and other channels.

It's simple, because you have real investors here giving you honest feed back.

For Denial Diane, we often mix up the channels of communication (call, text, email) so we don't sound creepy or  "stalker-ish". 

So, here's my two cents on Fund & Grow.First, I heard about Fund & Grow from Clayton Morris's YouTube channel and by visiting his site...

He has a channel called "multifamily strategies" Also, If you look up Caleb Hommel, He got started in REI at 18 or 19, and he has some videos too.It's not a direct answer, but it might help you get an idea of what you want to do?
