The ROBS concept is different, in that your 401K can invest in your business without taxes or penalties, but the business itself remains a taxable enterprise. 

Most of Boardman is pretty nice and supported by the crazy amount of commercial enterprises there.

That plus so many government induced barriers to free enterprise through over-regulation, millennials don't see the opportunity for upward financial mobility the way previous generations did.
