SD IRA Real Estate investment question | Prohibited transactions
I have a home building company and a real estate sales company. I would like to use a Self-directed IRA to purchase lots. My building company would build single family homes on the lots, and my real estate sales company would be the listing agency to sell the finished homes including the lot.
Is there any way to structure such a scenario and not violate the rules of prohibited transactions and disqualified persons?
