If one wants Precision, become an engineer.

I can sell it at any time for a profit, so I'm hoping to let it run and pay for itself for a while before we make another decision on it.

Then actually start exploring the market, see what deals they have and running numbers with your agent and lender.

All contractors (no matter the trade) are businesses, and should be run as such.

Unfortunately, we get too many calls from clients that got the run around, poor communication and service and/or were the victims of a "bait and switch". 

Fines for unsolicited calls and texts run from $500 to $1,500 PER CALL and there are a lot of attorneys out there looking for people like you to sue.  

We put together multifamily deals locally, and also run a monthly meetup group.

Theres still opportunities out there you just have to get a little creative with how you will run your property.
