Just from reading information on here and seeing the endless benefits of real estate is motivation enough for me.

It’s not limited to P/HML’s either.Conventional lenders, with their often vague and nonsensical requirements, can be as bad; regularly screwing mom & pop end buyers with inane requests for endless documentation and often pulling out at the last minute.

The ways are endless.

Its a place where you as a real estate investor can go to find endless information and encouragement.It is now 2014 and the real estate market is slowly but surely healing.

He recommended also getting the book AND also doing their optional cram session.Personally, I tried the Coldwell Banker online course and found it to be incredibly tedious clicking through the endless series of slides and questions, and not being able to progress at your own pace (being forced to answer the same questions multiple times, etc.).

I'm learning that the "approaches" are endless  and I've always been an "all or nothing" kinda gal.

It seems like just an endless amount of information, I dont really know where to start or who to read.

I'd rather not do carpet in the loft area, but the stairs currently have a very ugly stair runner on them.

After they move in there will be an endless list of things they claim you said were going to be done and it can be very hard to please them.
