Seems like most condos only allow STR through their own management for a hefty fee, but the ease of not having to worry about advertising and listing sounds nice.

The size of the deal makes a difference.Larger apartment complexes are typically not advertised outside of the Brokerage webist and lists, so unless you're on their list, you may not know those deals exist.

I've been researching and it seems like we have two options. 1) Have the seller agree to let us co-host on the listing from the closing date through the end of the year/when the future bookings end while advertising the new listing for any new bookings.
