Selling PT is very difficult and as a young student it will be difficult to find much success.

Then we look at the condition, and other factors, from there we send it to our clients that match their buy box.

Tenants don't like to be bugged so I always try to be as nice as I can when I help a client sell with a tenant.

Depending on your goals and how you are buying your properties you may notice that certain areas are difficult to cash flow in NH depending on your strategy and what type(s) of properties you are looking at.
